In re Marriage of Boblitt (2014) 223 Cal.App.4th 1004.

Represented a husband at trial in defeating a domestic violence restraining order after his wife had accused him of poisoning her at home and again while hospitalized.  Client had been removed from their home.  The case involved team of doctors, investigators and toxicologists.  Restraining orders were dismissed, client was returned to his home and his wife was ordered to not contact him again.

Represented a father of three sons (who had been denied any visitation with his children) after the mother fled to a shelter claiming sexual abuse as well as physical abuse to herself and the children.  Mother’s domestic violence restraining order was denied and father was subsequently granted full custody of the children at a second trial.  Then represented father by successfully defending the trial court’s ruling before the Third District Court of Appeal.  A.G. v. C.S. (2016) 246 Cal.App.4th 1269.

Represented a wife at trial contesting her husband’s accusation that she had defrauded him into marriage.  The case resolved with husband admitting his fault before the court and the family court awarding the innocent wife an annulment.
